Mr. Frandsen has an accomplished career as a sales and marketing executive within the U.S. and European software industry. Mr. Frandsen worked at IBM for eight years in both the U.S. and Europe, with substantial experience in European sales and sales channels. In addition, Mr. Frandsen has guided the expansion of a number of smaller software companies into Europe. He has lived and worked in Italy, the Netherlands, and the U.K., and traveled extensively in western and eastern Europe. Mr. Frandsen has a masters degree in engineering, and an MBA from Northwestern's Kellogg school.
